Board of Directors

Kun Kin held senior management roles in OCBC, Temasek, Citibank & GIC with 35 years of local and international experience in financial markets, investment banking & funds management industry. He is a CFA, Fellow CA Singapore, IBF Distinguished Fellow and graduated from NUS with Accountancy Honours.

Kim Teck retired after 37 years of service with a multinational oil company with local and international experience in chemical engineering, IT, logistics, corporate planning, oil/electricity business as well as company CEO positions. He graduated with a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering (First Class honours) from University of Malaya.

Poh Suan is the General Manager of an architectural and consultancy company. She has 30 years of experience providing executive secretarial support to a charitable organisation and corporate secretariat and governance services to the Executive Board. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Theology with University of Wales and professional qualification with ISCA, London.

Yang Lik is formerly the Business Relationship Director for the Asia region with a US multi-national corporation. He has 31 years of work experience in accounting, financial analysis and taxation with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.

Thomas is formerly the Principal Investigator in IRAS with over 40 years of taxation experience. He graduated in Management Studies from Singapore Institute of Management.

Mei Mei has over 20 years of Management experience in the Arts Education industry before joining a Charitable Organisation as Head of Administration for 10 over years. She also oversaw Student Care Centres under a Community Service Society. Ms. Chia graduated with a Bachelor of Business from La Trobe University, Australia.

Siew Poh was an auditor with an international public accounting firm and has about 30 years of experience in financial accounting and regulatory reporting in the financial industry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore.

Lyn Lee is Head of Group Legal at OCBC Bank. She was conferred the IBF Fellow Award in 2018. She brings over 25 years of legal and regulatory experience from roles at DBS Bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Allen & Gledhill and Rajah & Tann. She graduated with Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore and Master of Laws from King’s College London.

Roland Ho is the Managing Director of a Singapore-headquartered bank with over 20 years of Global Markets experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Business School and serves on the Secured Funding Markets Committee (ASIFMA) and the Capital and Financial Markets Industry Workgroup under the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore (IBFSG).

Isabel Ng is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Grace House Kindergarten and Raffles House Preschool, with over 20 years of management experience in the early childhood sector. She previously worked in the investment and technology industries and holds an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Leadership Team

Michael has 30 years of diverse management experience in construction, telecommunication, air-travel, education, facility, and IT industries. He worked for Cisco Systems for 13 years before joining REACH, where he volunteered and served as a Management Committee member. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Kansas University.

Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience across the public service, social enterprise, and the private sector. He has led finance and human resource functions for various call centres and co-founded an integrative health clinic in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also established a contact centre as a social enterprise under a local charity. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Management and a Specialist Diploma in Human Capital Management.

Sharon has almost 20 years of experience in healthcare and social services, primarily in mental health. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from NUS and a Masters of Counselling from Monash University. She's a certified therapist in Emotion Focused Therapy and has clinical interests in trauma-informed practice.

Ronald started counselling 25 years ago as a secondary school counsellor. He also worked as a Senior Court Family Specialist at the Family Justice Courts, helping couples through divorce, custody issues and family violence. Ronald holds a BA in Psychology from York University and a Master of Social Science in Counselling from Edith Cowan University.

Derrick has over 14 years of experience in the service and music industry before answering the call to youth work in 2011. A certified Solution Focused Practitioner, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling Psychology and Social Work.

Gareth has over 17 years of experience in social services, managing medical social service, eldercare teams and workgroups for hospital planning and IT system design. He implemented schemes such as the National Means Test System and Community Health Assistance Schemes.

Denisa has over 10 years of management experience in HR and Administration in profit and non-profit organisations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR and Organizational Development & Change from the Singapore Human Resources Institute. She's also IHRP Certified Senior Professional.
