Since onboarding in June 2025, I have truly enjoyed my work here, as REACH’s mission aligns closely with my heart. As a faith-based organisation, our Thursday devotions strengthen our faith, and the caring management and supportive colleagues encourage me to continue serving our seniors for the long term.
Feeling appreciated and cared for motivates me greatly. The smiles on the seniors’ faces bring me immense satisfaction. Having a place where seniors can make friends, feel cared for, and have someone willing to listen to their grievances helps lift their spirits, simply by knowing that someone truly cares.
