Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resource, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

Recruitment and Selection

  • Handle the full end-to-end process for recruitment from posting job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates, screening of CVs of candidates, coordinating job interviews, conducting reference checks, pre-employment check-ups, preparing for letters of offer, and applying for any government /authority clearance when needed
  • Manage and facilitate all suitable internship placements and reporting
  • Conduct Onboarding and Staff Orientation

 

Training and Development Administration

  • Facilitate all training request recommendations and maintain training records
  • Apply for any related funding/grants when needed, monitor disbursement and reimbursement

 

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Organize annual staff events (ie. Family Day, Year-end Thanksgiving Celebration) and any other team bonding initiatives as assigned

 

HR and Corporate Operation Admin

  • Administer and oversee the Request For Quotation (RFQ) and corporate contracts for facilities and maintenance of all centres.

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in HR Management. Fresh graduates with relevant Degrees will be considered.
  • Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR generalist

Reporting to the Head of Finance, IT & Special Projects, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

 

Roles and Duties

  1. Financial Management
  • In charge of full set of monthly accounts for assigned service units, including tracking all income received and expenses incurred
  • Maintain accurate financial records of payables/receivables transactions
  • Coordinate with the assigned service units on the disbursement and financial assistance scheme
  1. Fixed Asset Management
  • Manage and ensure accurate records of the fixed asset in the FA register for the assigned service units
  • Responsible for the annual fixed asset sighting and necessary tagging
  1. Statutory & Funding Reporting
  • Assist the Head of Finance and the Accountant with the annual statutory financial audit and GST reporting of REACH
  • Ensure all funding reporting requirements are in compliance with the relevant regulations
  1. Others
  • Undertakes any productivity initiatives to improve the productivity of the finance & accounting function.

Requirements

Description

The Social Worker/Counselor for the Youth Service will facilitate change and improve lives for individuals, families, and communities facing transitional challenges through the provision of direct service.

The job scope covers Singapore Boys’ Home, Singapore Prison Service, Community Outreach, and any other program/project that will be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

He/She is responsible for developing and implementing intervention plans according to professional judgment and knowledge, conducting casework, group work and other relevant programs.

He/She will also implement and evaluate community development activities and programs to address service gaps.

Requirements

  • Graduate Diploma in social work or bachelor’s degree in social work/counseling.
  • Has case management experience and at least two (2) years of experience working with at-risk youth.
  • Strong passion for youth rehabilitation and community work.
  • Ability to work with clients in time-based programs to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Must be self-motivated to work independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in working with youth-at-risk, young offenders, and their families.
  • Knowledge and ability to case assess, engage, carry out intervention plans, and produce reports in a timely manner.

Description

 

The Admin Assistant is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions for a smooth operation within the department.   He / She will assist with information and referral, front desk enquiries; ensure the upkeep of office facilities and ensure that FSC’s operational processes and procedures are adhered to.

 

Roles and Duties

 

  1. Information and Referral (I&R), Front Desk Enquiries ( 50%)
  • Provide I&R service based on REACH Family Service Centre (FSC) Service Manual’s guidelines and standards.
  • Attend to all walk-in enquiries and handle all incoming calls to the center main.
  • Take messages when calls are transferred, and when staff is not picking up.
  • Check incoming voice mails and follow up accordingly to each message.
  • Be responsible for matters related to letters. This includes retrieving mail from letter box, distributing mail to the relevant parties, and consolidating and mailing out letters.
  • This duty is to be shared with other support staff.

 

  1. Centre Operations and Facilities Management ( 30%)
  • Check and monitor center cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Ensure adequate office supplies as well as the upkeep of the tidiness and storage of these logistics. This would include the following:
    • Making purchases for office supplies and toiletries.
    • Replenish and maintain tidiness in the cupboard.
  • Make monthly purchases of pantry items from NTUC according to the budget set.
  • Checking and arranging repairs and maintenance when there is a breakdown in the facilities and equipment in the office or when there is a need for installations.
  • Maintain upkeep of brochures and flyers.
  • Assist with Business Continuity Plans.

 

  1. Assets Management and Finance Administration Support ( 20%)

 

  • Raising RFQ and liaising with vendors.
  • Assist in managing BIP and laptops and SSNET accounts
  • Assist in tracking and managing minor assets.
  • To create account for ‘Pass it on’ for new staff.
  • Support staff in the usage of Exchequer and other financial processes
  • Assist in the tracking of donations to the FSC and maintain documentation for that.
  • Assist in the preparation, checking and liaise with relevant agencies and staff for the following funds :
    • Lee Foundation
    • Comcare cash & NTUC vouchers
    • School Pocket Money Fund.
    • Petty cash & Discretionary fund

 

  1. Others
  • Undertake any other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Family Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Conduct psychological and clinical assessments for people with mental health issues, intellectual disabilities, children with developmental delays and disorders.
  • Deliver interventions & build stakeholders relationships or capacity
  • Provide therapy services and execute treatment plans for clients and their family members.
  • Provide referral, follow-up and consultation with external agencies.
  • Design and manage end-to-end development and delivery of programmes & conduct reseach evaluation.
  • Plan and conduct group therapy for clients and/ or their families.
  • Support social workers and counsellors in therapeutic interventions.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for the FSC and agency, providing specialist advice and consultative support for cases.
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess Master in Psychology and eligible for registration as full member with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
  • With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Programme Executive plays an important role in connecting and engaging with the Seniors. He/she is responsible for the following key areas.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and manage engagement programme held at designated neighborhood touchpoints for the Seniors within the Senior Centre.
  • Allocate appropriate resources, recruitment of seniors / volunteers / partners for the programmes, and to plan and execute publicity for such events.
  • Supervise and train volunteers / partners in the running of the above programmes and provide administrative support to volunteers / partners involved.
  • Monitor the Seniors’ safety and well-being.
  • Monitor the AAS (Alert Alarm System) and SC phone and its maintenance.
  • Conduct community outreach within the vicinity of the service area and perform needs assessment to ascertain service needs and gaps of the senior residents.

  • Possess technical diploma certificate or relevant certification
  • Capable to train volunteers to facilitate creative arts / baking / cooking / singing / music instruments / florist / live streaming in senior programmes.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Centre Manager of newly opened REACH Senior Care Centre in Senja, the Senior Care Staff will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Supervises the provision of care to the elders (clients) and ensures they receive the best possible care during their time in REACH Senior Care Centre.
  • Oversees and supervises the performance of tasks in care plans by care team members and provides input in developing and reviewing care plans with the social service and/or healthcare professionals.
  • The supervision includes the administration, daily operations, and maintenance of the care environment.
  • Provides advice on measures to ensure clients observe house rules as well as mitigate risk to the elders.
  • Assists the Centre Manager to ensure the Centre’s efficient operations and monitors the processes of the Centre and its facilities.
  • Is responsible to ensure dherence to relevant statutory requirements and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in healthcare-related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language with ability to converse in local dialect would be an advantage for elderly clients

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance to the elders (clients) and ensure they receive the best possible care during their time in REACH Senior Care Centre.
  • Assist the elders to take part in daily activities including serving meals to them and assisting them with toileting.
  • Plan and conduct person-centered programmes to meet elderlies' cognitive, social, and physical needs
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of clients' conditions and care treatments and provides inputs for the development and review of care plans.
  • Ensure an efficient operation of REACH Senior Care Centre, along with keeping it as clean and tidy as possible.
  • Responsible to ensure house rules are followed by clients and recommend measures to mitigate risk to the elder.

Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary School certification
  • Caring, patient, and willing in serving elderly clients

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Therapists before, during, and after therapy sessions.
  • Support related administration and operations of the Centre.
  • Assist in toileting when necessary.
  • Maintain and update client files, track client non-attendance and do follow-up calls as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties including documentation of all activities conducted.
  • Update monthly activity attendance and display weekly activity schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of therapy areas.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Healthcare Management or any other similar discipline.
  • Certificate in Therapy Services (HMI or CSM Institutes).
  • WSQ Certification in Therapy Support.
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language with ability to converse in local dialect would be an advantage for elderly clients.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
