Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Counselling Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Provide intake and consultation (I and C) services timely and professionally
  • Counselling in marital and family cases as well as on mental health issues, and casework management / clinical assessment and intervention
  • Provide clinical supervision regularly to a team of counsellors in marital and family cases, as well as on mental health issues
  • Provide programme development within the approved budget, plan and evaluate outcome.
  • Familiar with community and institutional setting and network partnership with various stakeholders, community organizations in planning and implementation of programme
  • Design and manage end-to-end development and delivery of programmes and trainings and conduct outcome-based evaluations
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess Master in Counselling or Psychology
  • Registered Clinical Member with SAC or Registered Full Member of SPS, preferably registered Master Clinical Member with SAC
  • With at least 5 to 7 years of full-time counselling experience in marital and family cases, as well as on mental health issues
  • With at least 3 years of clinical supervision experience in marital and family cases, as well as on mental health issues
  • Service development and programme planning experience in a Non-Profit Organisation environment
  • Effective leadership and possessing team management skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion to see individuals and families restored to wholeness.
  • Passionate in reaching out to others and making a difference in the lives of the needy

Reporting to the Head of REACH Family Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Provide intake and referral (I and R) services timely and professionally
  • Casework and Counselling (C and C)
  • Groupwork
  • Community Outreach
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Has a registered Social Work Accreditation
  • Conversant in English and any 2nd language
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, dynamic and self-motivated
  • Has a strong passion in reaching out and making a difference in the lives of the needy
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Manager of REACH Community Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Manage Compensation and Benefits including payroll processing
  • Drive employee events and engagement initiatives including feedback sessions, staff bonding activities and wellness programmes.
  • Administer staff benefits such as leave & claims management and group insurance processes.
  • Maintain employee files in the HR System, ensuring updated staff information and record.
  •  Prepare and submit government statistical reports, statutory surveys, HR schedules and management reports.
  • Administer HR & Corporate Operation Administration including maintenance of equipment and facilities
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma in HR Management. Fresh Degree graduate will be considered.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR generalist.
  • Good knowledge of statutory labour requirements and Employment Act.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • A good team player who is able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous, well organised and with the ability to multi-task.
Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of REACH Senior Service, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Plan, develop, and manage engagement programme held at designated neighbourhood touchpoints for registered seniors within the Senior Centre.
  • Allocate appropriate resources, recruitment of seniors / volunteers / partners for the programmes, and to plan and execute publicity for such events.
  • Supervise and train volunteers / partners in the running of the above programmes and provide administrative support to volunteers / partners involved in programme.
  • Monitor client safety and well-being.
  • Make appropriate referrals to Social Service Agencies, government agencies and grassroots as necessary.
  • Monitor the AAS (Alert Alarm System) and SC phone and be responsible for its maintenance.
  • Conduct community outreach within the vicinity of the service area and perform needs assessment to ascertain service needs and gaps of the senior residents.
Candidate Requirements
  • Possess technical diploma certificate or relevant certification
  • Capable to train volunteers to facilitate creative arts / baking / cooking / singing / music instruments / florist / live streaming in senior programmes.
  • Ability to host or deliver programmes in front of a crowd of 10 – 80 seniors is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with live-stream or data-entry and administration is preferred.
  • Experience in social services not essential.
  • Fully conversant and able to translate in Malay / Mandarin and English, ability to converse in Hokkien / Teochew will be a bonus, due to clients being seniors.
  • Must be a good team-player, with a passion to work with seniors.

Assist in supporting the production of Annual Report from conceptualization to publication. And others as required by the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proofreading and copywriting
  • Collection and compilation of success stories and statistics
  • Sorting and editing of photos, graphics, and videos (if any)
  • Managing of marketing collaterals
  •  Data entry and database management

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English (copywriting experience preferred
  • Meticulous
  • Team Player
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop & Lightroom.
  • Bonus if have experience in using DSLR camera.
  • Keen interest in supporting community social causes.
