You will get to learn on the job and join a dynamic and talented team of individuals working together to help our community thrive.
A rewarding career in social service await.
I came into REACH not knowing what to expect as I didn’t have any volunteering or interning experience here. However, I decided to join the Senior Service because of my passion to work with seniors. I have experienced the warmth of colleagues, the willingness of my team members to spend time guiding me, a new worker in the field, and the caring hearts of our volunteers and seniors at the senior activity centre. The most rewarding part about working in REACH is that I have the opportunity to make even the smallest of differences in the lives of seniors in this community. My role allows me to do what I enjoy- helping the vulnerable who may otherwise lose out on much-needed assistance. I am heartened to see my clients lives gradually improve, and I anticipate my own development as a social worker.
I felt I had made a good choice in joining REACH.
JoyAt REACH Senior Service, our core belief is every senior is valuable and able to live life to their fullest potential. The aim for our Senior Centre is to build a community of seniors that improves mutual social cohesion, empowers seniors and maintains their health and mental wellness.
JOIN US and be part of a team who contributes to the positive aging of the seniors as they age meaningfully and healthily. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career, if you are seeking a rewarding opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself, we invite you to apply today.
