About the Role:

As a Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications / Marketing Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our team with the strategy and execution of all communications, fundraising, and volunteer-related marketing initiatives. You will manage both online and offline marketing efforts, including social media accounts, the corporate website, and creating engaging content for all communication materials. Your goal will be to enhance REACH’s brand visibility, implement effective branding and public relations strategies, and engage with different target groups to optimize community engagement and support our service units in meeting their delivery targets for core service events and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan: Promote the work done in all our services through a cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strategize and execute communications and marketing for fundraising and volunteering initiatives: Create promotional videos, direct mailers, EDMs, and social media content. Liaise with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Collaborate on social media content and channel management: Work with the DM team to produce engaging static and video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics: Track performance of campaigns and strategies to measure the success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Meta Ads and Google Search Ads: Track fundraising campaigns and enhance branding visibility.

Communications:

  • Create synergy in communications messaging across all services: Ensure consistency in messaging and coordinate with communications representatives to maintain a unified message.
  • Oversee the Annual Report process: Manage the entire process from conceptualization and design to creation and delivery, including coordinating content and statistics, and handling copywriting and editing.
  • Create and manage communications materials and assets: Create and manage a variety of communication materials, including promotional videos, direct mailers, EDMs, publications, newsletters, press releases, and more. Develop and maintain communication assets in line with corporate policies and brand values, such as video productions, photoshoots, and brand logos.
  • Maintain corporate brand consistency: Ensure all external and internal communications align with the corporate communication policy, brand guide, and brand values.
  • Handle press/media inquiries and support crisis communications efforts: Respond to inquiries from stakeholders, such as government agencies and corporate partners, and manage brand reputation during crises.
  • Oversee the organization’s website and social media inquiries: Ensure the website is up-to-date and handle inquiries from social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Mass communications / or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with good multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in social media platforms for publicity, promotion, and engagement (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok).
  • Skilled in Graphic Design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) with a keen eye for creating visually engaging content.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient with photography and videography, with working knowledge of editing software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro considered an advantage.
  • Familiar with WordPress CMS for website content management and updates.
  • Proficient in Office 365 Applications

The Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or who are at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

The Programme Executive (CREST) plays a supportive role providing the daily administrative and operational support to the team, contributing to the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. You are responsible in organizing the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support in running client-related and/or other CREST activities, including outreach events collaboration with community partners.
  • Conduct client screenings, provide emotional support to clients and mental health awareness
  • Assist Social Workers in client monitoring, care support coordination and follow-up.
  • Administer and ensure accuracy and compliance in data collection, documentation, and submit reports as required
  • Plan and conduct home-based or centre-based cognitive stimulation activities for clients and caregivers.
  • Prepare resource materials for clients and caregivers.

Requirements

  • Possess a diploma certification or relevant social service certification.
  • Non-diploma holder with social service experience will be considered.
  • Conversant in English and the ability to speak dialect or Malay will be a bonus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community service sector.
  • Outgoing and sociable personality with keen interest in working with people on one-to-one basis or centre-based group activity.
  • A well-organized, meticulous team player who can also work independently.

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in delivering quality, person-centered care for seniors at the Senior Care Centre. This includes providing nursing care, health education, and support services to promote seniors’ well-being and maintain their functional independence. The RN ensures that care provided aligns with the Centre’s standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients, caregivers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Care: Conduct assessments, provide nursing services (wound management, catheter care, medication management), and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Education & Training: Educate clients and caregivers on chronic illness management and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Safety & Incident Management: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and manage incidents.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and support audit processes.
  • Centre Operations Support: Assist in staff training, manage medical supplies, and support multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Professional Development: Adhere to ethical standards, participate in continuous education, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in eldercare or community care.
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management, wound care, and infection control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and an additional language or dialect is advantageous.

Actively, we conduct outreach events/activities to promote mental health awareness and identify and support those with mental health needs and their caregivers.

The Social Work Associate provides the team with daily administrative and operational support for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. You will attend to all enquiries (phone, walk in), organize the logistics &/or resources to ensure the smooth running of CREST services. You may also be involved in coordinating outreach events and activities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the team in running client-related support and/or other CREST activities.
  • Assist Social Workers in client monitoring, care coordination, and follow-up.

You are responsible for organizing and conducting outreach activities to increase mental health and dementia awareness, promote early identification, conduct assessment and provide casement management support for client care.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate care and support to clients with or who are at risk of mental health issues and/or dementia with the appropriate resources.

· Assess and provide intervention to clients, including referring cases to other agencies as needed.

· Provide emotional support to clients and caregivers and maintain case documentation.

· Outreach and networking to the community and stakeholders to promote mental wellness and mental health awareness.

· Plan and conduct cognitive stimulation activities, mental health/wellness programs as well as dementia awareness.

· Organize caregiver group sessions and manage CSN-related administration and finances.

· Maintain accurate client records and program data in line with CREST guidelines as well as adherence to PDPA and security guidelines.

Requirements

· Possess at least a Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work.

· Conversant in English and a 2nd language, ability to speak dialect is an added advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· A good team player, outgoing personality, dynamic and self-motivated with a strong passion for mental health needs.
