Wai Ching is a counsellor with over 10 years of experience serving in prison ministry and supporting clients in halfway homes. She has worked with conflicted couples and individuals facing relational challenges. While her earlier work with ex-offenders continues to shape her perspective and remains close to her heart, her current focus is on supporting individuals and families navigating caregiving stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Trained in Intentional Interviewing and Counselling Skills, she uses a microskills-based approach to listen deeply and respond with empathy and clarity. She seeks to provide a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.
