REACH Community Services Society does not ship on weekends and public holidays. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders take up 1 to 3 full business days to be processed. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners. Self collection is available at REACH Senior Centre @ Bukit Gombak Vista (Blk 377A Bukit Batok Street 31, #01-24 Singapore 651377) from Monday-Wednesday, Friday 9am – 5pm and Thursday 1.30pm – 5pm.

We only process local deliveries to Singapore.

Orders with express shipping take 1 to 3 days for your order to arrive.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon the shipment of your order. 

This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and REACH Community Services Ltd. does not have a proprietary tracking system. 

Please track your shipment as REACH Community Services Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
