With over 10 years at Family Service Centres, Paul began his journey as a youth worker before moving into family social work. That shift came from seeing how our relationships and systems shape the stories we live by.
Paul works from a strengths-based, narrative approach. He believes every person — no matter their circumstances — has the capacity to grow and live with purpose. Using narrative therapy alongside other evidence-based modalities, he collaborates with individuals and families to make sense of their challenges and “reauthor” the problem-saturated stories that keep them stuck.
His hope is simple: to help you move from feeling like a passive victim of circumstance to becoming an active author of your own future.
