At REACH Senior Service, we believe that every senior is valuable and capable of living life to its fullest potential. We offer a range of active ageing programmes and mental wellness services to support seniors in our community.
If you are a senior resident, we warmly invite you to visit our Senior Centres and drop by our Community Café. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, snacks, or a meal, and have a friendly chat with our staff. You can also connect with fellow seniors while learning a new skill in our Craft Classes or participate in other exciting activities available.
You can also contribute by volunteering or partnering with us to enrich our services and to build a supportive community where all seniors feel included. We have many opportunities, including volunteering as a food and beverage operator at the Community Café or becoming a befriender for isolated and lonely residents.
Our active ageing programmes help seniors to stay connected, engaged and healthy by offering activities that promote learning, wellness and community bonding.
Our centre-based care caters to seniors who may benefit from personal care, supervision and engaging group activities provided throughout the day.
Our day rehabilitation programme helps seniors regain, maintain, and enhance their mobility. It also fosters independence in performing daily tasks.
