Agnes made a mid-career change after working in the FMCG industry for several years.  Agnes has a strong passion in helping individuals discover their deeper meaning and purpose in life, through collaborative exploration of each person’s strengths, values and resources around them. She uses an integrative approach that draws on different therapeutic approaches to best fit each client’s needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Satir Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Agnes believes that each person’s life story and experience is valid. Using a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, clients can translate moments of crisis into healing, growth and change by increasing self-awareness and inner resourcefulness. Agnes also works with couples to develop a deeper awareness and understanding of their own and their partner’s emotions and needs, thereby forming stronger connections with each other.

Agnes facilitates the Marriage Preparation Programme, and conducts workshops such Basic Counselling Skills, Understanding Mental Health issues, Enhancing Mental Wellness Among Our Youths, Managing Stress for youths and adults.
