Agnes made a mid-career change after working in the FMCG industry for several years.  Agnes has a strong passion in helping individuals discover their deeper meaning and purpose in life, through collaborative exploration of each person’s strengths, values and resources around them. She uses an integrative approach that draws on different therapeutic approaches to best fit each client’s needs, with specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Agnes believes that each individual is unique, and each writes his/her own unique story. However, there may be times when one tends to respond or cope with life circumstances in unhealthy patterns. Through using a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, clients can increase self-awareness and inner resourcefulness that translates into healing, growth and change. Agnes especially enjoys working with youths and young adults as she sees this phase of life as a crucial stage of self-realization and exploration.
