Ronald started his counselling profession in secondary school counselling, even before schools hired full-time school counsellors.

For 22 years with the Family Justice Courts as a Senior Court Family Specialist, he saw countless individuals, couples, children, and families in family violence situations, and helping couples through their divorce process, in resolving issues pertaining to their children’s custody, care and control, and access arrangements.

In seeing so many couples end their marriages in a divorce, Ronald endeavors to help couples prepare themselves for marriage through his church’s marriage preparation course as a Marriage Mentor.  He is passionate in helping couples prepare for their marriage in REACH’s Marriage Preparation Programme.  He also hopes to be able to guide couples to have an amicable divorce if there is no other way out, so that the impact on the children will be minimized.

With his vast years of experience, he envisages to share his knowledge with his team, while helping others in need in the community.
