Jaclyn made a career shift after discovering her true passion: helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their mental wellbeing. She holds deep respect for each client’s unique experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds, and is dedicated to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment.

In her counselling practice, Jaclyn has engaged with clients of diverse backgrounds, including those in halfway houses, bereaved individuals, and couples facing marital difficulties. She also takes pleasure in connecting with children through serving in church’s Children Ministry. She employs an integrative, person-centred approach, utilizing therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Play Therapy, tailored to each client’s needs. Jaclyn’s ultimate aim is to empower her clients to build resilience and confidence in managing life’s stresses, guiding them toward a fulfilling and quality life they deserve.
