Lay San brings a steady and thoughtful presence to her work with couples and families. Her approach is shaped by years of experience in family life ministry and mediation, and a belief that constructive conversations bring clarity, which in turn supports better choices. She is currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Mental Health and Psychotherapy at the National University of Singapore.
Her interests lie in strengthening marriage and family relationships, navigating marital and intergenerational dynamics, and supporting couples preparing for marriage. She is comfortable sitting with strong emotions, and seeks to create a space where people feel heard, respected, and able to reflect more deeply.
Lay San is a certified Family Mediator and has served on the Panel of Advisors to the Youth Court since 2011. Her Christian faith and experience in church-based family ministry continue to inform her calm and relational approach to the work.
