Having worked in mental health sectors for more than a decade in both community and hospital settings, Sharon has a deep empathy for those who have experienced adversity and suffered the impact of trauma and mental illnesses. She sees it as a privilege to be part of their healing and recovery process in discovering a living a life of meaning, resilience, and empowerment. She also has a keen interest in integrating recovery and trauma-informed practices for the wellbeing of the employees.

Sharon believes in tapping into the internal capacity and strengths of individuals to improve their wellbeing and mental health. She is dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments for individuals to process their experiences, to reclaim their personal stories and discover more integrated and authentic aspects of themselves.
