WHAT IS COUNSELLING?

Counselling is a form of talk therapy. It gives you a safe and supportive space to discuss and work through your personal struggles with an objective, professional counsellor. Getting help on challenges you encounter in a marriage or your personal or professional life can offer you greater clarity and increase your self-awareness.
