As part of Singapore’s SG60 celebrations, REACH Community Services invites participants to be part of REACH E-Flag Day 2025: Walk with me, a collective journey to walk 6,000km together in support of the Least, the Lost, and the Lonely in our community. This walk represents more than distance covered; it is a meaningful act of solidarity with individuals and families facing financial hardship, mental health challenges, social isolation, and disadvantaged beginnings. 

Since 1998, REACH Community Services has been dedicated to helping the Least, the Lost, and the Lonely by inspiring hope and empowering change in the lives of those we serve, regardless of age, race, language, or religion through our four core services: Family, Counselling & Mental Health, Youth, and Senior. We provide diverse programmes that strengthen mental well-being, empower individuals, and nurture meaningful relationships across all life stages. 

Every step walked and every dollar raised through this campaign will go toward sustaining and expanding these services. Join us in walking alongside those who need hope.
