In 1998, REACH Community Services was birthed out of Grace Assembly of God, embodying the as our work in the community grew, so did REACH. Today, REACH serves the community through our four services, REACH Family Service, REACH Counselling & Mental Health Service, REACH Youth Service and REACH Senior Service. Our most recently established service, REACH Senior Service, began operations in 2015 and has since grown from one touchpoint to three to help reach out to the ageing population.

REACH Senior Service operates at three touchpoints, Bukit Gombak Vista, Bukit Batok and Jalan Membina. A myriad of physical and virtual programmes such as Ukulele, Line Dancing, Floor Curling, Chair Zumba, Online Art and Health Talks meet the socio-emotional, physical and mental health needs of the seniors are held daily, from Monday to Friday. Two new centres at Teck Whye Vista and Senja Valley are targeted to begin operation in late 2023 to expand our outreach in the community

REACH 25th Anniversary Charity Golf will be held on 26 April 2023 at the renowned Tanah Merah Country Club. We hope to raise sufficient funds through our REACH 25th Anniversary Charity Golf to support our work with the seniors, helping them live the rest of their lives meaningfully.
